Meet Our Team
Milad (PhD), is a mechanical/biomedical engineer from the University of Toronto. His research interests span the various fields of computational fluid dynamics (CFD), finite element analysis (FEA), electrophysiology, biomechanics, physiological control systems, and biomaterial development. As the VP or Research and Development at Myant, his goal is to develop remote patient monitoring (RPM) and chronic care management (CCM) systems, utilizing Myant’s Textile Computing™ technologies. Through the promotion of research and the facilitation of initiatives, he aims to translate technologies from academic and research settings into practical, everyday applications. This objective is fostered through collaborations with researchers in exploring textile-based solutions, assessing their practicality and effectiveness. He firmly believes that the future of healthcare lies in further empowering individuals, where smart textiles can function as accessible, real-time healthcare units. This approach is particularly relevant in today’s digital age, where there is a growing demand for continuous and remote monitoring and therapy.
