Ilaria Varoli is the Executive Vice President of Myant Corp., leading operations and key to the strategic developments of this innovative Canadian company, a world leader in Textile Computing, and supporting the vision of a new society whereby humans, animals, AI, robots and the environment co-exist in harmony, sustainably.

A skilled strategist and businesswoman, Varoli has extensive experience in senior management, restructuring and organizational change. Prior to Myant Corp, Varoli led innovative solutions for a broad scope of businesses, including several global apparel companies where she played a key role in their expansion into North America.

Varoli is a proven, strategic and dedicated leader having spent over 25 years in executive roles in retail, real estate, design and manufacturing, including the technology and medical sectors. She has the distinction of leading as President a vertically integrated retail fashion chain, which was voted the Top Women’s Wear Chain in Toronto and serving as Vice President of Sales and Real Estate for Cotton Ginny, a Canadian icon brand in sustainable apparel with hundreds of stores across Canada. She has been featured in numerous national media outlets, including The Globe and Mail and The National Post. She was a guest speaker at global conferences including CES in Vegas, IdTechEx in Santa Clara, CIX Summit 2019, FIT in New York, and has been interviewed by Impetus Digital among others.

Ilaria is dedicated to making an impact through her work with non profit organizations by giving seminars and workshops to women in shelters, at employment centres and providing support to people with difficulties entering the workforce. She currently serves on two non-profit boards: EFry and Mothers to Daughters. She has been a professional mentor through Forum Mentorship for 2 years and has actively supported the organization Out of the Cold for the last 12 years.
